Way to go. If you get ALL of the healthy foods in then treat yourself to something you like. Just don't go over board. It's like paying your bills with your check. What $ is left over (if any) you can go buy you something you want. I NEVER ate all my points and I still lost so don't stress. But DON'T deprive yourself from eating want you want and making this a DIET instead of something you can live with forever!
