Weigh In Tomorrow

I am nervous as anything about tomorrow.  I have to weigh myself in the morning.  I am nervous because I have not had my regular food and had to improvise for the last week.  I was careful, but I just an so nervous about putting on weight.  I worked so hard to lose what I have and I know it will be discouraging to see any gain.
I hope I can get past any gain and just keep focused on the end result.

  1. Love the graphic. I have those same worries the day before and the day of my weigh in. I even hold my breathe and suck my stomach in while I am on the scales like that's going to make me weigh less...LOL

Good luck you can only do what you can do and there is always a new day. Look at the information/skills you have learned in such as short time. Eating the smarter foods had to be a big step/success and you will be rewarded in the long run for that.

It's not just about the number on the scale. Easier said than believed I know. Good luck John... smile

  2. Thanks Lesia. I hear what you're saying and i already know it and I need to be convinced sometimes of that. Thanks for givign me a little push and being positive.
BTW, sucking it in while on the scale just helps to see the scale better. :-p

  3. Hi John. I am always nervous before "weigh day". And I dont blame you for being extra nervous since you were without food and probably curious what the scale will show. And if you do gain, it wont because of a lack of effort or giving up or anything like that. Either way try to give yourself a break. You are definately on the right track and in the right mindset. When your food comes (has it yet?) it will be like a new start and the weight will start falling off again. How exciting! Stay focused at the end result. And I liked what you wrote on my cousin's post today about taking the time to set mini goals so the huge goals dont seem so overwhelming. You are right on the money when it comes to that! Give credit where it is due. And I think you being in the right mindset deserves a lot of credit. That right there is half the battle :)

  4. Thanks Jennifer! I have not received my food yet. But I know that any gain is not tragic. I look forward to losing again.
