What A Loser!

Even with the weekend being the way it was, I did well.  Meaning, I had a few things I should not have.  But I lost 4lbs.  I need to keep focused and concentrate on my goals.  This weekend went well, but I did eat some things I should not have.  It was a temptation that I gave in to.  Shame on me.
I am now fully committed again and moving forward and getting excited again.

  1. 4 pounds! Well I think you did great and are NOT a loser, only in the sense of pounds... So exciting, I wish I could pull those numbers.

  2. Thanks Lesia. The title was a bit of sarcasm on my part and a play on words. This week should be better though. I am being strict this week and going by the book!!!!!!!!

  3. Hi John. 4 lbs is great, especially for giving into a temptation! I bet you see awesome numbers next week. I thought the first week was the hardest and longest and after that, while there are still what I call "hungry days" the plan has become the norm for me. I know you have seen my posts about being afraid to come off! Its hard work to lose weight and I dont want to undo it! I havent posted on my blog yet but I am down 3 lbs from Thursday which is my weigh day. I am a once a week weigher but wanted to see how the changes I have made in the plan were affecting me.

Congrats on your 4 lbs. Have you set yourself a mini goal yet? I am finding that I appreciate mini goals so much more than getting overwhelmed by the big one :) Have a great week.

  4. I set a mini goal and I am just under 40lbs away from that mini goal. I need to lose quite a bit of weight, so mini to me might be large to others.

  5. There is an award for you on my blog come get it!

  6. HI John...Lesia is a fellow WW friend of mine...I love what she says about you and thought I need to see who this guy is. Well I like what I see and I am now one of your followers! I'll be in touch...well not in touch, just involved...nooo mean to say HI John...glad to have met you! LOL :D
